What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a training method that blends strength, endurance, and movement into one powerful, effective system. The goal? To build you as a whole: a stronger body, a tougher mind, and better energy for everyday life.

Workouts are intense, always varied, and never boring. You never have to wonder what to do — our experienced coaches guide you from start to finish.

Is it for me?

Yes — CrossFit is for everyone. No matter your age, fitness level, or experience, we scale every movement to meet you where you are. If you can sit down and stand up from a chair, you can already do a CrossFit move.

How do I start?

You don’t need to be “fit first.” You don’t need experience.

Just book a class — we’ll take care of the rest.

We use Irontrack.ee for class registration and memberships.

To get started:
1. Go to irontrack.ee and create an account
2. Log in and search for Must CrossFit
3. Click “Add as a Home Gym”
4. Go to “View Plans” and choose your membership
5. Open “View Classes” and book your first workout
6. Walk through our doors — we’ll take it from there

CrossFit

CrossFit

High-intensity, full-body workouts that build strength, endurance, and mobility. Every workout is different, and everything is scalable to your ability. Classes run six days a week (except Saturdays).

Gümnastika

Gymnastics

Bodyweight training that builds strength, balance, and control. We work on skills like pull-ups, handstands, and muscle-ups — progressing step by step.
Mondays at 18:30

Weightlifting

Weightlifting

Olympic lifting classes focused on technique, power, and confidence under the bar. You'll learn movements like the snatch and clean & jerk in a supportive, technical setting.
Thursdays at 18:30

Endurance

Endurance

Want to build a stronger engine? This class combines cardio (running, rowing) with muscular endurance work — perfect for improving your capacity to go longer, stronger.
Sundays 13:00–14:00

Strength_BB

Strength/ Bodybuilding

Get seriously strong. In this class, we focus on building raw strength and muscle mass through progressive, technique-driven training. Think squats, deadlifts, and lots of iron.
Sundays 14:00–15:00

Kids

CrossFit Kids

Fun and active training for kids aged 8–12. We focus on coordination, strength, confidence, and safe movement — all delivered in a playful, supportive environment.
Sundays 11:00–12:00

ABC Course

Do you want to start CrossFit, but feel like you need a little confidence first?
The CrossFit ABC course is designed for just that!

Course structure
Five in-depth practical workouts that cover the basic elements and techniques of CrossFit.

You will learn the basics of CrossFit so that it will be easier and more comfortable for you to join regular workouts. If you cannot attend all five ABC course workouts, the unused workouts will be carried over to regular workouts.

Why choose CrossFit ABC?

The course gives you the opportunity to practice CrossFit movements and understand how the workouts work so that you feel confident from your first workout.

You do not have to complete the course to join regular groups, but it is recommended.
