CrossFit

Gymnastics
The workouts focus on bodyweight exercises that build strength and balance. Movements include pull-ups, handstands, and muscle-ups. Progression is step-by-step, advancing toward more complex gymnastics skills based on your level.

Weightlifting
Olympic weightlifting sessions focus on developing technique, strength, and explosive movement through classic lifts like the snatch and clean & jerk. In these classes, you’ll master the finer details of lifting, improve mobility, and build confidence with heavier weights.
Endurance
Endurance training is perfect for those looking to strengthen their "engine." It’s a mix of cardio workouts like running and rowing, combined with exercises that build muscle endurance. The result? Improved overall fitness and the ability to tackle longer challenges with ease.

Strength/ Bodybuilding
Our focus is on building real strength. Through strength training, we increase power, and with bodybuilding, we build muscle mass. Squats, deadlifts, heavy weights – this is where we move iron. You’ll learn proper technique and progressively add weight each week.

CrossFit Kids
A fun and active workout for 10–12-year-olds designed to develop coordination, strength, endurance, and confidence. The sessions include simple and safe movements presented in a playful and supportive environment.

ABC course
The perfect starting point if you’re new to CrossFit. Over five sessions, we cover all the basics – movement techniques, safe training principles, and CrossFit fundamentals. This course is ideal for beginners and those looking to strengthen their foundation.
